Warrenty Coverage

All goods are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or abnormal use.
  • Alterations or repairs not authorised by us.
  • Wear and tear or damage caused by failure to follow our instructions.
  • Products not paid for in full by the due date.
How to Report an Issue

If you discover a defect:

  • You must notify us in writing within 7 days of delivery, or within 7 days of discovering a hidden defect.
  • Claims reported after this period may not be accepted.
Return Process

Goods must be returned to us for inspection or repair on a return-to-base basis, unless agreed otherwise at the time of sale.

What We’ll Do

If a valid claim is made, we will either replace the item or offer a refund for the item (or part of it), at our discretion.

Exclusions and Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, special, or consequential loss (e.g. loss of profit or business).
  • Delays or failures caused by events outside our control.
