The SENTEK model P14/RJ/LF has been designed for measuring the pH of Jam and Fruit Preserves. This electrodes has been used by UK Jam manufacturers successfully for the past 10 years.

The electrode is liquid filled and is fitted with a replaceable liquid junction (ceramic), combined with the facility to refill the electrode.

The electrode is totally serviceable.

The electrode should be stored in Sentek Cleaning Solution.
