Welcome to Sentek
From its inaugural beginnings in 1991, Sentek has focussed on producing quality sensors for the Electrochemistry world. Manufacturing Conductivity sensors the company soon grew and added to the range of glass sensors a
range of Carbon Conductivity sensors, and sensors for measuring pH in any
water based application. With its focus firmly on providing solutions to electrochemistry
problems it has never been confined by boundaries and will innovative and explore any
customer requirement, this lead to the growth in the company and the acquisition of a
new premises in 1994 in Braintree, Essex.
Sentek has an active onsite research and development laboratory, and can offer advise on many unusual and difficult applications.
To meet the demands of an expanding market place, Sentek opened a further production line in Fife, Scotlan in the early part of 2000. The continued success of Sentek has seen the expansion of the Braintree manufacturing site in 2007 and the acquisition in 2010 of a larger manufacturing site in Fife with future potential growth available.
Sentek continues to focus on quality and the skilled staff allow our manufacturing programme to remain flexible enough to provide probes to suit virtually ever meter on the market.
Sentek pride themselves on their core focus of quality of product to the customer and in January 1997 Sentek achieved ISO 9002 approval from the British Standards Institute for the manufacturing of electrochemical sensors - Certificate no FM 36099, and have since achieved BS EN ISO 9001:2000 standard.
